Date 26 - The Cyclist II

  • The Scene: Bike Ride through the City.

  • The Attire: Black biking shorts, a black tank, red Nike running shoes.

  • The Meeting: Outside my building, The Cyclist was waiting on me with his bike against the brick wall sun effortlessly beaming.

  • The Environment: Hot Atlanta summer.

He greeted me with a wide smile.

He had previously shared a plethora of information/insight with me via text and it seems as if we were embarking upon each and every one of them. It was a delightful way to rediscover this historic city of ours.

Riding on the newest section of the Belt line, joining various riding groups, exploring Art Galleries and music venues all while pedaling vigorously and feeling liberated. Unrestrained by time or temperature.

I love what this feels like.

  • Note to Self: Stay in the moment. 

  • Shout Out to Men: Being a gentleman is a sure way to an open heart.
